We ensure our products are sustainably packaged and shipped. Our packaging is made from recycled materials. We also offset the carbon footprint of every customer order we ship. 

Returns

We accept returns & exchanges for any item that’s like new (unworn/unwashed) within 30 days of purchase. It doesn’t matter what your reason is.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your items are defective, in which case we will refund all shipping charges.

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

Please note: We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.

Fast Shipping

We ship fast from our Washington, DC headquarters. Most orders ship within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for new product releases when demand increases.
